more card craftiness
Well, I've been at it again. Making cards! I made some for Chris to send thank you cards where he has interviews, and my mom hired me to make her Christmas cards. She offered me more than I'm going to take, but is it tacky to charge my mom? I need to know these things, I know she is trying to help us out ( I hope she doesn't read this entry) and this is what I can do in return. So let me know, is it wrong?

i say if your mom offered, take it. its not like we're rolling in it at this point in our lives, and there is only so many ways our parents can help out. i'm sure enjoys the giving, its christmas-don't the chance for her to give away from her!
Take the money and RUN! :) At least you're doing something for your mom . . . that's more than I can say! My parents just sponsor us (that how I refer to their generous offerings to support our current lifestyle) and all I do is let them babysit! Is that wrong? That I let them babysit and they sponsor me?
Your mom needs the cards any way, and yours are way better than going and buying them from a store!! Besides, someday you will be able to help your kids, so it all comes around.
After talking to your mom awhile ago, I don't think you have to worry about her reading your blog, she told me that she always forgets that you and Skeeter do them. ;)
Those are so CUTE!! Lacy I need you to come and visit and have a scrapbooking extravaganza here!! You are so talented!! You should start selling your cards on line. And yes it's ok to accept money from your mom.
Mom doesn't have the time you are helping her big time. Let her pay ya! She appreciates it so much!!! LOVE YOU!!!
